Lace Market, Nottingham

I find the history of the Nottingham Lacemarket absorbing and the architecture stunning, in particular the Adams Building, which was revolutionary in its day. When studying these enormous factory buildings, I am drawn to the intricate details awarded to the structures. The functional air vents and the stonework around the doorways, are so beatifully executed, they are artworks in themselves.
